Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items returned beyond this period may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
To start a return, please reach out to our support team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns may be declined or delayed.
Once the item arrives at our return center and passes inspection, we will initiate a refund back to your original payment source. Deductions may apply for shipping charges, restocking fees, or handling depending on the item’s condition.
Clearance or sale products are refundable based on the actual purchase price paid—not the original price.
Exchanges for other variants of the item (such as different sizes or colors) are available. We’ll walk you through the process and any associated fees if applicable.
Ensure the item is securely packaged, ideally using the original box and materials. Include any documentation, and label the RA number clearly on the outside. Use a trackable courier to avoid delays or loss.
If the reason for return is not due to our error, return shipping charges are your responsibility. These may be deducted from the total refund where applicable.
